Well fellas, it appears that Mariah Carey is no longer on the market. I know that it makes a lot of us sad that she recently got married. And to Nick Cannon of all people! The world may be coming to an end.
The two celebs married on April 30th in a secret location in the Bahamas. They only invited 3 friends each. Mariah's friends were there mainly to help her with the wedding dress and her hair. The ceremony was quaint and took place on the beach. Mariah stated that she knew that she would marry Nick within the first 5 minutes of meeting him.
Their reception took place at Six Flags Magic Mountain Theme Park in Valencia, CA. The newlyweds arrived in a black Rolls Royce shortly after 8pm on May 13th, after the park – which closed to the public at 6pm – was decorated with pink and purple balloons. The party continued until midnight.
A source close to Mariah said: “She booked all of Six Flags Magic Mountain for Tuesday night. She got the idea from Ellen DeGeneres, after going to her carnival-themed 50th birthday party at the weekend.”
